About the role

  • Professional leadership and strategic development of the People Management team
  • Overall responsibility for all HR-related matters across the employee life cycle — from onboarding to offboarding
  • Advising and supporting managers and employees on all employment law and HR-related issues
  • Responsibility for national sites with prospective assumption of international responsibilities
  • Management and analysis of HR projects, such as employee surveys
  • Optimization and further development of existing standards, e.g., process management, automation, and digitalization
  • Designing and professionally delivering presentations

Requirements

  • University degree with a focus on law or economics/business administration, or an equivalent qualification
  • Solid knowledge of German labor law and in-depth HR/business expertise
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in HR in a leadership role
  • Trust-based, collaborative leadership style and a respectful approach to our employees
  • Proven experience in leading and implementing projects
  • Ideally experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR systems
  • Strong affinity for digitalization topics and motivation to drive innovative solutions (e.g., integrating AI into day-to-day operations)
  • High level of integrity and discretion
  • Excellent written and spoken English
