About the role
- Professional leadership and strategic development of the People Management team
- Overall responsibility for all HR-related matters across the employee life cycle — from onboarding to offboarding
- Advising and supporting managers and employees on all employment law and HR-related issues
- Responsibility for national sites with prospective assumption of international responsibilities
- Management and analysis of HR projects, such as employee surveys
- Optimization and further development of existing standards, e.g., process management, automation, and digitalization
- Designing and professionally delivering presentations
Requirements
- University degree with a focus on law or economics/business administration, or an equivalent qualification
- Solid knowledge of German labor law and in-depth HR/business expertise
- Several years of relevant professional experience in HR in a leadership role
- Trust-based, collaborative leadership style and a respectful approach to our employees
- Proven experience in leading and implementing projects
- Ideally experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR systems
- Strong affinity for digitalization topics and motivation to drive innovative solutions (e.g., integrating AI into day-to-day operations)
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Excellent written and spoken English
