About the role

  • Responsible for contract management for a defined group of employees – both domestically and internationally
  • Close, trust-based collaboration with the relevant local and international HR teams
  • Design, standardize and further develop global HR processes to optimally support our international leaders
  • Creation, analysis and preparation of HR metrics, statistics and reports
  • Further development of internal policies and ensuring their compliance at national and international levels

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment
  • Very good knowledge of German labor law and a solid understanding of international employment law frameworks
  • Practical experience working with international HR regulations, particularly local labor laws
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong advisory and communication skills, high level of integrity and discretion, and a confident, assertive presence at executive level
  • Ideally, initial experience with SAP SuccessFactors
