About the role
- Responsible for contract management for a defined group of employees – both domestically and internationally
- Close, trust-based collaboration with the relevant local and international HR teams
- Design, standardize and further develop global HR processes to optimally support our international leaders
- Creation, analysis and preparation of HR metrics, statistics and reports
- Further development of internal policies and ensuring their compliance at national and international levels
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment
- Very good knowledge of German labor law and a solid understanding of international employment law frameworks
- Practical experience working with international HR regulations, particularly local labor laws
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong advisory and communication skills, high level of integrity and discretion, and a confident, assertive presence at executive level
- Ideally, initial experience with SAP SuccessFactors
