About the role
- Design and lead demanding advisory and audit projects in the energy sector
- Analyze, optimize and redesign organizational and process structures
- Develop and implement modern governance, risk and control systems
- Plan and conduct internal audits, on-site or digitally
- Contribute to digitalization and change management initiatives
- Support cooperation and restructuring projects from a project management as well as process and organizational design perspective
- Actively participate in acquiring advisory and audit mandates
Requirements
- Completed degree in industrial engineering, economics, engineering or a related field
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in the energy industry
- Solid knowledge of governance, risk management, internal control systems, process management and internal audit
- Experience in independently managing projects
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to shape processes and organizations
- Enthusiasm for change, digitalization and innovative solutions
