About the role
- Provide independent advice across all areas of individual employment law and collective labour law, including legal structuring for restructurings and reorganisations
- Work on projects within cross-practice and interdisciplinary teams
- Support and represent our clients in labour court proceedings
- Conduct negotiations with works councils and trade unions
- Draft and publish specialist articles
- Deliver client events, in-house seminars and training sessions
Requirements
- Excellent legal qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in employment law
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Strong commercial/business understanding
- Enjoy advising clients and participating in client acquisition
- Professional demeanour with a reliable and structured approach to work
