About the role

  • Provide independent advice across all areas of individual employment law and collective labour law, including legal structuring for restructurings and reorganisations
  • Work on projects within cross-practice and interdisciplinary teams
  • Support and represent our clients in labour court proceedings
  • Conduct negotiations with works councils and trade unions
  • Draft and publish specialist articles
  • Deliver client events, in-house seminars and training sessions

Requirements

  • Excellent legal qualifications
  • Several years of professional experience in employment law
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Strong commercial/business understanding
  • Enjoy advising clients and participating in client acquisition
  • Professional demeanour with a reliable and structured approach to work
