About the role
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to entrepreneurs, private clients and families on structuring business and personal asset succession, primarily in an international context
- Draft and review agreements, in particular marital and inheritance agreements, wills, shareholder/company agreements and transfer agreements
- Support corporate succession processes while considering corporate law, inheritance law and tax law aspects
- Design foundation and family-holding models to secure assets and corporate structures for the long term; provide ongoing advice to beneficiaries of foreign foundation models (e.g., trusts)
- Assist in implementing succession plans, including conducting due diligence reviews and negotiating contracts
- Represent clients before authorities, tax offices and courts on succession-related matters
Requirements
- Excellent legal qualifications — suitable for both entry-level candidates and professionals with relevant experience
- Strong commercial understanding and a strong interest in further developing expertise in succession advisory
- Enthusiasm for client advising and client acquisition/business development
- Professional demeanor and a reliable, structured approach to work
- Business-fluent English, both written and spoken
