Requirements

Solid technical background – completed IT vocational training and professional experience in software testing, test management and test design, including both agile and traditional development models.
Method & tool competence – experience with test management tools, ideally ISTQB certification (or willingness to obtain it), and a structured approach to working in quality environments.
Strong communication & advisory skills – confident presence with stakeholders, facilitation skills, team orientation and very good German and English language skills.
