About the role

  • You will drive all our social media channels forward together with our Head of AI Content.
  • You will support our executives by engaging and commenting with other AI industry experts on LinkedIn.
  • You will plan and manage the onboarding of new members into an AI learning community through an engaging onboarding process.
  • You will design content and implement measures to activate community member engagement.
  • You will moderate and foster substantive exchanges on AI specialist topics within the community and across social media channels.
  • You will support project management for the creation of learning materials (videos or eLearnings) for distribution in the community and for marketing on social media such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Monitoring success metrics, handling crisis management when necessary, moderating negative posts, and continuously improving member satisfaction are also part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

  • You are highly proficient in AI and can even teach us something.
  • You are ideally a master’s student with a focus on AI and Social Media.
  • You have very strong online community moderation skills.
  • You have solid knowledge of how to encourage networking among people on online platforms.
  • You enjoy conceptual work and strategy development in the area of social media.
  • Ideally, you are comfortable on camera for producing video content and moderating live Zoom calls.
  • You are familiar with common video content tools for editing and animation—especially Canva.
  • You proactively take on new challenges.
  • Your German is at native-speaker level.
