• Du treibst mit unserem Head of AI Content sowie der Geschäftsführung all unsere Social Media Kanäle nach vorne
• Du unterstützt beim Engagement/Kommentieren mit anderen KI-Branchenkennern auf LinkedIn.
• Du moderierst die Förderung des inhaltlichen Austauschs zu Spezialthemen im Bereich unserer Social Media Kanäle
• Das Erfolgsmonitoring, ggf. Krisenmanagement und die Moderation von negativen Beiträgen sowie die stetige Verbesserung der Mitgliederzufriedenheit ist ebenfalls Teil deines Aufgabengebiets

Werkstudent Social Media, Content

• You drive forward all our social media channels together with our Head of AI Content and the management team
• You support engagement and commenting with other AI industry experts on LinkedIn
• You facilitate and moderate substantive exchanges on specialist topics across our social media channels
• Success monitoring, where necessary crisis management and moderation of negative posts, as well as the continuous improvement of member satisfaction, are also part of your responsibilities

Working Student, Social Media & Content

• You will drive all our social media channels forward together with our Head of AI Content.
• You will support our executives by engaging and commenting with other AI industry experts on LinkedIn.
• You will plan and manage the onboarding of new members into an AI learning community through an engaging onboarding process.
• You will design content and implement measures to activate community member engagement.
• You will moderate and foster substantive exchanges on AI specialist topics within the community and across social media channels.
• You will support project management for the creation of learning materials (videos or eLearnings) for distribution in the community and for marketing on social media such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Monitoring success metrics, handling crisis management when necessary, moderating negative posts, and continuously improving member satisfaction are also part of your responsibilities.
