About the role
- Develop a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, product behavior, and end-user expectations to identify high-leverage opportunities for improving test coverage and product reliability.
- Own the execution of automated and manual testing strategies across critical product workflows and releases.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product management, to define and refine product requirements, ensuring they are testable, clear, and aligned with business goals.
- Participate in sprint meetings and provide feedback from a testing perspective.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and identify areas of improvement in our applications
- Mentor and support cross-functional teammates across QA, development, and DevOps disciplines, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared ownership of quality.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance domain
- Proven track record in Functional and automation testing to deliver high-quality products
- Deep domain knowledge in web application testing, preferably in Healthcare domain
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
- Hands-on experience on automation frameworks preferably Playwright with JavaScript, and tools like Postman, JIRA, Zephyr, and CI/CD platforms like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- A systems thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail
- Passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems
