About the role
- Deliver training, workflow support, and best-practice recommendations
- Act as a trusted advisor to clinical leaders, care managers, physicians, and operational teams
- Support change management initiatives by helping customers adapt workflows and processes
- Assess the operating environment, identify critical success factors and risks
- Monitor adoption, identify gaps, and recommend optimization strategies
- Translate clinical operations workflow requirements into solution configurations
- Advise hospital users on integrating Qventus product features
- Lead clinical discovery sessions to capture requirements and align capabilities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and implementation teams
- Review program performance data and create performance improvement plans
- Stay up-to-date on clinical standards and represent the company at industry events
Requirements
- A healthcare professional license with 5+ years of hospital clinical or operations experience
- 2+ years in a process improvement consulting/project management/clinical informatics role
- Demonstrated knowledge of common hospital workflows
- Experience using healthcare technology platforms such as EHRs, care management systems, or analytics tools
- Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal + written), project management and client service skills
- Ability to translate clinical workflows into technical requirements
- Comfortable with online & remote schedules
- Ability to travel up to 40%
