About the role

  • Deliver training, workflow support, and best-practice recommendations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clinical leaders, care managers, physicians, and operational teams
  • Support change management initiatives by helping customers adapt workflows and processes
  • Assess the operating environment, identify critical success factors and risks
  • Monitor adoption, identify gaps, and recommend optimization strategies
  • Translate clinical operations workflow requirements into solution configurations
  • Advise hospital users on integrating Qventus product features
  • Lead clinical discovery sessions to capture requirements and align capabilities
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and implementation teams
  • Review program performance data and create performance improvement plans
  • Stay up-to-date on clinical standards and represent the company at industry events

Requirements

  • A healthcare professional license with 5+ years of hospital clinical or operations experience
  • 2+ years in a process improvement consulting/project management/clinical informatics role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of common hospital workflows
  • Experience using healthcare technology platforms such as EHRs, care management systems, or analytics tools
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal + written), project management and client service skills
  • Ability to translate clinical workflows into technical requirements
  • Comfortable with online & remote schedules
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
