About the role
- Develop and implement brand and campaign strategies for Home, Beauty and Fashion
- Plan and organize campaigns and events based on customer feedback and trends
- Prepare briefings for the Platform Execution Team
- Collaborate with the Commerce Strategy Manager, CI Specialist and Programming Team
- Maintain and optimize processes
- Report results and derive learnings for continuous improvement
- Work closely with Merchandising, Digital Store, Marketing and Social teams
- Liaise with the DE Commerce team to drive innovation and new ways of working
Requirements
- Completed degree (Bachelor or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in developing and planning brand or campaign strategies, ideally in retail or e-commerce
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to analyze market and consumer trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including working with multiple stakeholders and teams
- Ability to work in a structured, solution-focused manner under time pressure and in a dynamic environment
- Strong customer orientation and an understanding of the QVC target audience
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and a high level of digital affinity
