About the role
- Support HSN and oversee the distribution operation department
- Develop and administer operational procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Network and consult with corporate/site resources and facilities staff
- Model QVC Group Values and operating principles
- Review existing operations to identify improvements
- Oversee daily operations for assigned area
- Identify, report, and communicate with the Department Manager trends and irregularities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated Leadership/Supervisory experience in a high volume distribution center or warehouse environment.
- Experience encouraging a positive work environment and partnering with employees
