Reporting to the Manager of Testing Analytics, the A/B Testing Analyst plays an essential role in ensuring that our business can measure the incremental benefit of strategies across eCommerce, marketing, broadcast and beyond.
Oversee all phases of A/B and model-measured test design, data engineering, and statistical analysis.
Produce and evaluate test designs
Partner with vendors to implement best practices
Use and build upon an in-house SAS-based test-reporting suite
Produce custom statistical reporting
Partner with the digital platform testing teams and the business
Participate in non-testing-related data engineering, analysis, and modeling
Requirements
2+ years experience in statistical programming in SAS. R and Python are a plus
2+ years experience in data analytics with SQL
Knowledge of statistics, probability, econometrics, and hypothesis testing
Experience distilling and presenting complex concepts to a business audience
Experience using web analytics programs such as Adobe (preferred) or Google Analytics
Experience using A/B and Multivariate testing tools
