About the role

  • Ensure new clinics successfully onboard onto our platform.
  • Understand technical requirements, coordinate internal teams, and guide customers step by step through to go‑live.
  • Lead the technical onboarding of new clinics — from initial intake to go‑live.
  • Translate technical requirements, interfaces, processes, and data flows into practical, customer-friendly terms.
  • Coordinate all relevant internal teams (Product, Tech, Content, Marketing) to ensure a smooth software setup.
  • Conduct customer trainings, workshops, and process analyses, and proactively anticipate customer requests.
  • Build and maintain your network around your key accounts.

Requirements

  • Strong technical understanding — ideally with experience in software onboarding, SaaS, APIs, integrations, or data structures.
  • Some experience in project management, e.g., implementation projects or complex customer processes.
  • Ability to explain technical content clearly to both IT departments and clinical/medical teams.
  • Customer focus, empathy, and enthusiasm for making digital solutions successful in healthcare.
  • Structured working style, high degree of autonomy, and an ownership mindset.
  • Strong communication skills in German (C1+) and good English for internal communication.
  • Plus: Experience in healthcare, hospital/clinic processes, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis, or process documentation.
