About the role

  • Collaborate with business leaders to define and drive hiring strategy
  • Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process globally
  • Develop and execute passive sourcing strategies
  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience through all stages of the recruitment process
  • Promote Qumulo's employer brand
  • Manage workflow and communication through our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Advise and consult with hiring managers on best practices
  • Partner closely with People Team colleagues

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS sales recruiting
  • Strong technical fluency able to engage meaningfully with engineering and data science talent
  • Proven ability to optimize recruiting through technology, data, and workflow improvements
  • Highly organized and execution-focused
  • Skilled at coaching and influencing hiring managers
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments
  • Passionate about data-driven recruiting
  • Experience with modern ATS and CRM systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Gem)
