About the role

  • Support the company's Investor Relations (IR) strategy, aligned with the corporate strategy and governance principles.
  • Manage market communication, including earnings conferences, public presentations, quarterly releases and other material announcements.
  • Act as the area’s focal point with analysts and institutional investors.
  • Support management in organizing roadshows, conference calls, investor meetings and participation in capital markets events.
  • Prepare financial communication materials (earnings releases, institutional presentations, Q&A, management speeches).
  • Monitor and analyze the company’s share performance and significant market movements.
  • Track market perceptions and provide strategic feedback to senior leadership.
  • Support the executive team with market analyses and benchmarks, including peer evaluations.
  • Support senior management in monitoring and complying with CVM and B3 regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields. MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Investor Relations at publicly traded companies.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills based on financial data.
  • Solid knowledge of Brazilian capital markets regulation (CVM and B3).
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ESG topics and their integration into the IR agenda is a differential.
