About the role
- Develop business case to approve project
- Support project planning (timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks).
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain dashboards/trackers and publish concise status updates for leadership.
- Gather requirements, map processes, and assist with change-management communications.
- Analyze project performance to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to a reusable PM toolkit (templates, routines, best practices).
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor's or Master's program in the Fall Semester 2026 at an accredited university or college.
- Minimum GPA 3.0 or higher.
- Able to start on either June 15th or July 6th.
- Ability to complete a consecutive 10-week internship.
- Must have work authorization in the United States at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
