About the role

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and manage customer chemistry, equipment, and software complaints and inquiries in accordance with internal procedures and customer requirements.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.
  • Maintain technical competence, knowledge of company procedures, and customer-related skills.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Contribute to process improvements.
  • Attend meetings with affiliates, on-site or via conference call.

Requirements

  • Education as a medical laboratory technologist, or a biomedical, technical, or life sciences degree highly preferred.
  • Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Science, Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering preferred.
  • Computer networking skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to become an expert in new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and customer focus.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
