About the role
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and manage customer chemistry, equipment, and software complaints and inquiries in accordance with internal procedures and customer requirements.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- Maintain technical competence, knowledge of company procedures, and customer-related skills.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Contribute to process improvements.
- Attend meetings with affiliates, on-site or via conference call.
Requirements
- Education as a medical laboratory technologist, or a biomedical, technical, or life sciences degree highly preferred.
- Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Science, Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering preferred.
- Computer networking skills are a plus.
- Willingness to become an expert in new technologies.
- Strong communication skills and customer focus.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
