• You are responsible for patient acquisition across all paid channels — from Meta and Google Ads to TikTok and Reddit.
• In a highly regulated market (advertising law), you will run data-driven campaigns, think in funnels and have real creative freedom: you will test, iterate and make decisions.
• You plan, manage and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Reddit and other channels.
• You analyze the acquisition funnel from first touchpoint to conversion and derive data-driven actions.
• You continuously test creatives, audiences, copy and campaign setups.
• You define and track KPIs such as CAC, ROAS and conversion rate — and turn them into real decisions.
• You hand off qualified users to CRM & Retention and work closely with SEO, Product and Strategy.
