About the role
- Generating new translation and interpretation business leads
- Selling to and maintaining client base
- Meeting company-wide growth goals through increased revenues
- Work with internal departments to price and quote client estimates
- Aggressively pursue new business opportunities
- Accurately convey client demands
- Research new avenues of business and leads
- Collaborate with marketing on promotional strategies
- Meet minimum first-year quota
- Regularly report progress to management
- Build sustainable relationships with clients
- Deliver onsite client and prospect presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of sales experience required
- Prior translation sales experience a plus
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding, knowledge, and skills in sales techniques and practices
- Proficient in SalesForce and MS Office
- Fluency in English required, fluency in a foreign language a plus.
