About the role
- Processing of trademark recordals and maintenance tasks in cooperation with local trademark attorneys and trademark offices worldwide
- International communication with local attorneys and customers to ensure timely instruction and execution of tasks
- Managing deadlines and being responsible for the timely completion of tasks
- Regular independent reporting to customers
- Checking official documents for accuracy
- Documentation of all relevant information in the internal database
- Optimization of processes
Requirements
- Excellent command of German and English (level C1–C2)
- Interested in working with data and documents
- Able to organize and manage deadlines
- Strong analytical thinking
- Independent, diligent, and reliable
- Communicative and able to work well in a team
- Desire for continuous learning and implementing improvements
- Well-versed in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Proactive and open to new technologies
- Valid authorization to work in Slovenia and ability to reside in the country
- Willingness/availability for a part-time position (0.6)
