About the role
- Analyzing, translating, and documenting business needs to support Salesforce-based platforms
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and Solution Engineers to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
- Translating business needs into user stories and defining acceptance criteria for development and testing
- Organizing and leading functional testing campaigns and user acceptance testing (UAT) in sandbox and Trials environments
- Coordinating with Salesforce administrators and developers on deployment activities
- Validating successful implementation of new features and resolving any post-deployment issues
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of Salesforce business processes
- Maintaining user documentation and functional documentation to promote solutions adoption
- Participating in Agile ceremonies and ensuring alignment between solutions and business priorities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and R&D teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce functional analysis and implementation required
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred
- Proficient in Salesforce native tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Custom Objects
- Understanding of APEX and SOQL
- Familiar with Salesforce Sandbox Management, Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, and Git
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and working within Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
