About the role

  • Enhancement request management: gather feedback from diverse stakeholders and actively challenge priorities
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth based on market trends and customer needs
  • Scope definition: write project proposals with a clear scope, business case, cost, requirements, delivery schedule, communicate/validate with stakeholders
  • Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria
  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders (business, marketing, sales, and customers) and the development team
  • Support and guidance for dev team
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
  • Validation of completed development
  • Validate deliverables against acceptance criteria to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Create features documentation to feed the user knowledge base
  • Communication: Communicate product updates, delivery timelines, and risks effectively
  • Make sure Subject-Matter Experts and other stakeholders (Sales) have the info they need about the new features
  • Post release reviews: internal/external feedback, sales stats, communicate findings

Requirements

  • Previous experience within the Intellectual Property sector
  • Previous experience as Salesforce administrator or similar positions
  • Strong understanding of IP software, ideally with IPMS
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles
  • Proficiency in English language (French would also be a plus)
