About the role
- Enhancement request management: gather feedback from diverse stakeholders and actively challenge priorities
- Identify opportunities for innovation and growth based on market trends and customer needs
- Scope definition: write project proposals with a clear scope, business case, cost, requirements, delivery schedule, communicate/validate with stakeholders
- Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders (business, marketing, sales, and customers) and the development team
- Support and guidance for dev team
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
- Validation of completed development
- Validate deliverables against acceptance criteria to ensure they meet quality standards
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Create features documentation to feed the user knowledge base
- Communication: Communicate product updates, delivery timelines, and risks effectively
- Make sure Subject-Matter Experts and other stakeholders (Sales) have the info they need about the new features
- Post release reviews: internal/external feedback, sales stats, communicate findings
Requirements
- Previous experience within the Intellectual Property sector
- Previous experience as Salesforce administrator or similar positions
- Strong understanding of IP software, ideally with IPMS
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles
- Proficiency in English language (French would also be a plus)
