💰 $25 - $28 per hour
About the role
- Responsible for developing and executing catering solutions to meet customer needs
- Manage staff to include selection, work allocation, training, coaching and mentoring, problem resolution, performance evaluation and feedback, and corrective action
- Deliver consistent quality in planning and execution of events
- Leverage established company solutions to ensure consistency, quality and efficiency within consumer driven offerings
- Manage catering team to ensure quality in final presentation of food
- Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of food service or catering experience and prior experience in a management role
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Solid knowledge of financials
- Responsible for meeting and maintaining state and local certification requirements (Food Service Manager)
