About the role

  • Track initiatives, action items, and follow-ups from IT leadership meetings
  • Coordinate operational priorities and initiatives across IT teams
  • Prepare reporting and dashboards for leadership using Excel or Power BI
  • Pull and analyze operational data to support decision making
  • Support vendor coordination and procurement activities for IT tools and services
  • Track vendor contracts, licensing, and procurement activity
  • Monitor operational expenses and confirm invoices or purchasing activity are processed
  • Maintain visibility into IT budgets and operational spend
  • Improve documentation and organization across IT initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience working within an IT or Finance organization
  • Comfortable participating in conversations about systems, integrations, infrastructure, and applications
  • Strong Excel skills and experience creating reports or dashboards
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Office, Teams)
  • Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT is a plus
