Manage PMO functions including scheduling, financials, risk, quality, dependencies, and resources.
Oversee budget tracking, reporting, and variation management processes.
Apply program and project management techniques to deliver optimal outcomes.
Build strong relationships across the ERP Program and business to support collaboration.
Ensure effective program communications through meetings and presentations.
Provide input into project estimation during business case development using lessons learned and best practice.
Monitor methodologies and conduct audits to ensure compliance and successful delivery.

Requirements

Expertise in project management and best-practice methodologies, ideally with SAP transformation experience.
Strong knowledge of PMO management under P3O/MSP frameworks, finance processes, risk standards, and SAP Activate.
Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills in complex environments.
Proven senior leadership capability, fostering a customer-focused, performance-driven culture.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with strong influencing and negotiation ability.
