Manage and enhance contractor and partner relationships to maximise commercial and contractual outcomes.
Lead commercial negotiations and ensure governance compliance for major project agreements.
Oversee legislative, contractual, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle to mitigate risk and deliver benefits.
Provide leadership and strategic advice to the team on contractual and commercial matters.
Drive procurement and commercial activities for the ERP Program, including market analysis, sourcing strategy, and engagement.

Requirements

Proven ability to lead a contract management and commercial team, delivering customer-focused outcomes.
Strong influencing, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to foster productive partnerships.
Expertise in negotiating, implementing, and managing complex government and commercial agreements.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for developing and maintaining contracts and assessing performance.
Extensive knowledge of legislation, governance, regulatory, and contractual requirements in a commercial environment.
Government procurement experience.
Procurement certification (desirable)
