About the role

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Build strong, authentic relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and teammates.
  • Use automation tool and smart process to boost efficiency, elevate the candidate experience, and improve hiring quality.
  • Evaluate technical candidates for real skill — not just resume keywords.
  • Manage hiring across multiple states and time zones in a fully remote setup.
  • Assess for fit and alignment, not sameness — you know how to spot people who share our drive, curiosity, and care for doing great work.
  • Coach and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on expectations and cultural fit.
  • Champion exceptional candidate experience throughout every touch point, regardless of outcome.
  • Partner with the People team on projects that enhance hiring processes, workflows, and engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ in Fintech or SaaS.
  • Experience recruiting in high-growth or rapidly changing environments.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills — you make people feel seen and supported.
  • Ability to assess technical talent beyond buzzwords and translate complex requirements clearly.
  • Passion for Improvement - Comfort using AI and digital tools to streamline workflows and enhance results.
  • Organized with a bias for action, collaboration and follow-through.
