• Planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns with a focus on achieving target profitability metrics
• Generating, running, and analyzing tests of new hypotheses (audiences, formats, bidding strategies, creatives) to increase ROI
• Regular monitoring of campaign performance and making timely adjustments to settings, budgets, and strategies

• Співпрацювати з Technical PM: ти визначаєш що і для кого, він відповідає за як — координацію розробників, дедлайни
• Працювати з AI-командою: задавати критерії якості відповідей, діагностувати провали, ітерувати на якості — не доручати це розробникам
• Аналізувати дані самостійно: когорти, воронка, retention в Amplitude / Mixpanel / GA4, SQL на базовому та середньому рівні
