About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Management of social media for Quarks products and development of Kismia brand awareness in the US market across social platforms.
Develop and implement Kismia’s content strategy in the US and oversee production of relevant content for it.
Create and set up product pages for the Social Discovery line for different geos: visual and textual content, prepare introductory product posts.
Generate and publish unique product content for the flagship product targeted at the US market: concept, copywriting, and image generation when needed.
Create and publish UGC content for the flagship product’s pages: source and select creators, communicate with them, prepare briefs and video scripts.
Adapt content between the flagship product’s social channels in the US.
Manage and optimize existing product pages.
Launch and promote content that shows strong performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar role.
Confident use of AI tools.
Understanding of current Meta and TikTok policies and ability to work within their requirements.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads managers.
Basic proficiency with graphic editors Figma and Photoshop.
English level — from B2.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with creators and the team.
Experience working in a product company.
