Financial Planning and Analysis

• You are the primary point of contact for all finance-related questions for the executive team and our tax advisor
• You are responsible for the month-end close and ensure that all figures are accurately and properly recorded
• You define and continuously monitor KPIs to achieve our operational and strategic objectives
• You set up and manage ongoing liquidity planning and control to ensure our cash position is optimally planned and always secured
• You act as the sponsor of our financial planning and coordinate the quarterly forecast process across all business areas
• You coordinate our monthly performance reviews and critically assess KPI developments from a finance perspective
• You build cost control from the ground up and create cost transparency in a fast-growing environment
• As a business partner, you liaise with all departments and support them with analyses to enable financially sound decision-making
• You develop new processes for the accounts preparation function and are responsible for ensuring that incoming and outgoing invoices are processed digitally where possible, accurately coded/posted, and paid
