You are the primary point of contact for all finance-related questions for the executive team and our tax advisor
You are responsible for the month-end close and ensure that all figures are accurately and properly recorded
You define and continuously monitor KPIs to achieve our operational and strategic objectives
You set up and manage ongoing liquidity planning and control to ensure our cash position is optimally planned and always secured
You act as the sponsor of our financial planning and coordinate the quarterly forecast process across all business areas
You coordinate our monthly performance reviews and critically assess KPI developments from a finance perspective
You build cost control from the ground up and create cost transparency in a fast-growing environment
As a business partner, you liaise with all departments and support them with analyses to enable financially sound decision-making
You develop new processes for the accounts preparation function and are responsible for ensuring that incoming and outgoing invoices are processed digitally where possible, accurately coded/posted, and paid

Requirements

Completed commercial training and/or degree with initial experience in finance and/or controlling
Strong interest in continuous improvement and optimization
Digitally savvy and comfortable working with BI tools and ERP systems, with solid Excel skills
Analytical and strategic thinker who focuses on solutions rather than problems
Decisive and hands-on mentality
Strong communication and facilitation skills that enable you to build robust cross-functional relationships
Ideally, experience with Agicap, DATEV, and Google Sheets
