- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and coach to executive leadership team.

- Oversee and develop the People leadership team with scope spanning Recruiting, People Operations, Talent Development, Total Rewards & Benefits.
- Lead through iteration: refining and optimizing processes to increase effectiveness, clarity, and scale.
- Foster a high-performing, service-oriented People function that operates as a true business partner.
- Refine and enhance end-to-end hiring strategies to support stable, high-quality talent pipelines in a competitive SaaS environment.
- Lead and iterate on performance management, promotion processes, and career pathing frameworks.
- Champion leadership development and executive coaching, cultivating a growth mindset across the organization.
- Enable and support teams to innovate with AI by integrating AI tools and best practices into People systems and workflows.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure employees are equipped, trained, and confident in leveraging AI to enhance performance and productivity.
- Promote responsible AI usage aligned with company values, compliance, and ethical standards.
- Own and continuously evolve engagement measurement strategies using data and insights to inform action plans.
- Strengthen internal communication channels (e.g., AllHands, leadership updates) to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Evolve recognition, rewards, and benefits programs to support performance, wellness, and retention.
- Guide the company’s values, employee experience, and cultural initiatives as we continue to mature globally.
- Lead enterprise-level change management efforts, ensuring organizational clarity, leadership alignment, and employee adoption during periods of growth, transformation, and AI-driven innovation. Equip leaders with the tools, communication strategies, and frameworks needed to navigate change effectively while maintaining engagement and performance.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of progressive People leadership experience, including senior leadership in a SaaS company (Series B or comparable high-growth stage strongly preferred).
- Proven experience leading People Operations and Recruiting functions in a global organization.
- Demonstrated competency in employment law and HR compliance across the US, UK, Germany, Spain, and Canada.
- Strong track record of implementing HR initiatives that drive measurable business results.
- Highly data-driven, with the ability to translate workforce analytics into strategic insights and executive recommendations.
- Exceptional relationship builder who can influence and gain trust at the executive level.
- Experienced executive coach and mentor, skilled at developing senior leaders and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in high-growth, evolving environments with a focus on iteration and continuous improvement.
- Deep understanding of performance management, total rewards strategy, engagement, and organizational design.
- Experience enabling innovation, ideally including AI integration or workforce transformation initiatives.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands.
- High integrity, discretion, and sound judgment when addressing sensitive employee matters.
- Passionate about building inclusive, equitable, and high-performing global teams.
