About the role

  • Design and optimize analog circuitry including op-amps, filters, and DACs covering DC to 2GHz and above.
  • Develop robust power supply designs across topologies (buck/boost, LDOs, switching regulators).
  • Perform lab measurements and debugging of electronics.
  • Use Altium for PCB design and LTspice for circuit simulation and validation.
  • Incorporate DFM and DFT practices to ensure reliability and scalability.
  • Ensure designs meet low-noise requirements and EMI/EMC compliance.
  • Collaborate with hardware teams in Denmark and Israel and with operations during NPI.
  • Serve as electronics subject matter expert providing technical sparring and peer reviews.
  • Work on hardware spanning room-temperature control hardware to cryogenic QPU carriers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in analog circuit and power electronics design.
  • Extensive experience designing amplifiers, filters, signal generation circuits, and DACs for high-frequency applications (DC-2GHz).
  • Proven track record in developing complex power supply systems (buck/boost converters, LDOs, switching regulators).
  • Proficient in Altium and LTspice.
  • Experience working in labs, measuring and debugging electronics.
  • Deep understanding of DFM/DFT for manufacturability and testability.
  • Experience with low-noise design and EMI/EMC compliance.
  • B.Sc. or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Industry exposure in telecom, radar, aerospace, or similar high-performance sectors (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams; occasional travel.
  • Recognized technical authority; ability to mentor and provide technical reviews.
