About the role
- Design and verify complex analog circuit layouts, ensuring compliance with DRC, LVS, EM, IR drop, and ESD standards.
- Develop and apply advanced layout methodologies to improve efficiency and design quality.
- Collaborate closely with circuit design and process technology teams to achieve optimal design outcomes.
- Execute detailed floor planning and signal routing for critical analog paths, optimizing for area, power, and performance.
- Lead multiple layout blocks concurrently, delivering high-quality results on schedule.
- Identify and resolve design and methodology issues across tools and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in analog layout design.
- Proven expertise in advanced process technologies and analog design fundamentals.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a cross-functional, multi-site team environment.
- Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools and verification flows.
