About the role
- Lead technical workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain architectural standards, roadmaps, and documentation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
- Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features, recommending adoption where appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 2+ years in an architect role.
- Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and APIs.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework and processes.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide Script).
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with the Field Service Management (FSM) module is a nice-to-have.
