• As our Talent and Operations Working Student, you'll collaborate with our local support team to ensure smooth Human Resource administration and some operational tasks.
• Workday (HR Information System) update
• Monthly Leaves update, sharing with managers
• Overtime tracking and reporting
• Monitoring our feedback collection campaign for our consultants and our support functions
• Monthly team events coordination (e.g. for Project Managers or Consultants)
• Training session logistics
• 1st day preparations
• Checklist distribution & tracking
• Off-boarding checklists
• Coordinating interviews and panels and consolidating feedbacks

• Office life & events support (Retreat, D&I initiatives, Sustainability @ Quantis initiatives)
