Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Data Warehouse or Data Lake build on AWS
  • Experience in working with global distributed teams
  • Hands on knowledge of AWS services like S3, Step functions, Glue, Secrets Manager
  • Understanding of key AWS concepts like Security, networking, Disaster Recovery, Scalability and resilience
  • Ability to build cloud based data platform architectures explaining pros/ cons of various services used
  • Coding skills in Python
  • Excellent SQL skills and experience in various DB engines like DB2
  • Deep Understanding of MPP Database architecture
  • Ability to tune queries, optimize performance
  • Ability to design resilient data pipelines using orchestration tools like Airflow / Step functions
  • Good to have skills: Experience of working on enterprise greenfield projects that have Application development workload as well
  • Experience of working for customers/workloads in the FSI sector domain with use cases
  • Experience in building data pipelines integrating with data virtualization tools like Denedo & data governance tools like Collibra
  • Exposure to SSIS
  • Exposure to IaC tools like Terraform and to CI/CD tools
