About the role

  • Common L1 fixes may include system restarts, network connectivity checks, and model resets
  • Daily monitoring and reporting of alert metrics
  • Provide immediate resolution and monitoring, including daily reporting
  • Regularly verify server environment with constant health checks
  • Provide daily/weekly reports on system performance and incidents
  • Schedule regular downtime for system updates while minimizing disruption
  • Provide L2/L3 support when issues cannot be resolved via runbook
  • Adhere to Service Level Agreements for response and resolution
  • Monitor support mailbox for client issues and class security checks
  • Monitor GCP console dashboards and act according to runbook

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience for Senior Platform Engineer
  • 1+ years of experience for Junior Platform Engineer
  • Hands-on experience with Python, GCP, Kubernetes, and basic DevOps tools
  • Good analytical skills to identify root cause of issues and create RCA reports
  • Basic understanding of AI projects
  • Hands-on experience with SQL queries
  • Experience in managing production systems, scalability, and end-to-end microservices
  • Ability to think creatively and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
