About the role

  • Lead annual/quarterly planning, OKRs, and cross-functional prioritization; run QBRs/MBRs and weekly staff cadence for the CMO org.
  • Own marketing budget planning, tracking, and spend governance; tie investment to outcomes and reallocate based on performance.
  • Define and improve core marketing processes (intake, campaign execution, approvals, launch readiness, event follow-up, partner motions).
  • Establish KPI framework across the funnel; maintain dashboards for pipeline, conversion, velocity, CAC/efficiency metrics as appropriate.
  • Own MAP operations (e.g., Marketo/HubSpot/Pardot), lifecycle definitions, scoring, routing, and nurture/drip frameworks.
  • Define lead stages (MQL/SQL/SAL, etc.), SLAs, routing rules, and notifications; ensure closed-loop reporting with sales/RevOps.
  • Build attribution approach that leadership trusts; run experimentation and insights to guide spend and program decisions.
  • Own data quality, enrichment, segmentation structures, consent/compliance, and governance with RevOps.
  • Manage website performance, conversion optimization, technical governance, and integration with analytics and MAP/CRM.
  • Own operational execution and reporting for SEO/SEM programs (process, measurement, vendor governance if applicable).
  • Draft CMO readouts, prep leadership/board materials, drive key initiatives, unblock cross-functional work, and ensure accountability.
  • Collaborate with CMO leadership team, RevOps/Sales Ops, Sales leadership, Finance, IT/Security, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Web/Dev, Data/BI.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED Minimum
  • Minimum 15+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or marketing chief-of-staff roles; 5+ years leading teams.
  • Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
  • Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People’s Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
