Architect, configure, and administer the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system to support evolving business needs.
Maintain accurate product data and documentation within PLM system (Arena).
Drive CAD architecture and standards with a focus on Onshape.
Build and maintain automation scripts and lightweight internal tools to replace repetitive tasks with reliable, streamlined workflows.
Develop and implement processes and training for configuration control and change management.
Train engineering and cross-functional teams on PLM workflows and configuration management best practices.
Design and optimize product lifecycle workflows, including approval and change processes.
Oversee product change management activities to ensure compliance and traceability.
Integrated Onshape and Arena with ERP, MES, and business systems through reliable, well-documented APIs.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree Minimum
Minimum 5+ years of experience managing product data and providing administrative support for PLM systems.
Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status.
Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen
