Define, build and lead Quantinuum’s enterprise consulting and advisory capability
Establish consulting as a core commercial lever at Quantinuum
Shape a coherent portfolio of consulting services that address executive decision-making needs
Direct leadership of complex client engagements
Work with C-suite and senior functional leaders to frame strategic questions
Originate and shape advisory opportunities and partner with Strategic Account Executives
Build methodologies, frameworks, and repeatable advisory assets
Recruit, coach, and develop consulting and advisory personnel
Drive growth through scoped advisory work
Represent Quantinuum externally as a trusted advisor and thought leader

Requirements

Demonstrated track record operating at Partner, Associate Partner or VP-equivalent seniority within consulting, advisory, transformation, or strategic leadership firms
Demonstrated ability to scope, sell, and deliver complex advisory programs.
Deep technical expertise in a relevant domain, with the ability to engage credibly on quantum technologies and their practical application.
Strong executive presence and capability to advise C‑suite and technical leaders.
Existing relationships within [one of Finance, Chemicals & Materials or Pharmaceuticals].
Understanding of emerging technologies (quantum, AI/ML, HPC, cloud infrastructure) is preferred.
