About the role

  • Help transform product capabilities into clear benefits, value propositions, and differentiated messaging.
  • Contribute to persona/segment narratives (industry, customer maturity, use cases).
  • Maintain scientific accuracy while making content market-ready.

  • Improve performance measurement KPIs (adoption, conversion, customer retention).
  • Improve workflows: templates, consistency, message libraries, reuse of content.

  • **The Role**
  • As a **Product Marketing Specialist**, you will help make Quandela’s products understandable, desirable, and easy to adopt—without diluting what makes them scientifically credible.
  • You’ll sit at the intersection of **Product, Sales, and Marketing**, supporting go-to-market execution, content creation, and sales enablement. **This is an ideal role if you like complex tech, structured thinking, and turning “quantum magic” into messages that land in the real world.
  • You will report to the Product Marketing leadership and work closely with Product Managers, quantum experts, Sales, and Corporate Communications.
  • **KEY RESPONSABILITIES **

  • **PROFILE**
  • **Required**
  • · 1+ year of experience (internship, apprenticeship, or junior role) in product marketing, B2B marketing, consulting, sales enablement, or product—ideally in a tech or deeptech environment.
  • · **Engineering degree required** (Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent scientific background), as a prerequisite to understand Quandela’s product offerings and to effectively bridge Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • · Exposure to or strong interest in deep tech environments (quantum technologies, AI infrastructure, semiconductors, HPC, photonics…).
  • · Strong writing and synthesis skills: ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and actionable messaging without oversimplifying.
  • · High level of comfort with technical topics, enabling close collaboration with engineers, researchers, and sales teams (no PhD required).
  • · Structured mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
  • · Fluent English (working language). French is a plus depending on scope.
  • **Nice to have**
  • - Familiarity with B2B enterprise buying dynamics.
  • - Ability to use AI tools to accelerate research, content iteration, and workflows (responsibly and with quality control).
