About the role
- Develop, implement, and maintain Monthly Forecasting, Invoicing, and Cost Reporting
- Experience with Project Controls concepts such as project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closeout
- Specific experience with Cost Engineering concepts such as project estimating, forecasting, cost controls, and variance reporting
- Develop and maintain budgets, provide various project information reports
- Understanding of the Accrual Processes, invoice review, and validation are required
- Responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently
- ERP financial experience is preferred
Requirements
- 10+ years of project cost control experience, including cash flow forecasting and analysis
- Experience with enterprise cost management systems
- Transmission & Distribution experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- Experience working on utility capital projects
- Project Cost Control: 7+ years
- Forecasting & Budgeting: 5+ years
- Project Budget Reporting: 5+
- Accruals & Invoice Management: 7+ years
