About the role

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Monthly Forecasting, Invoicing, and Cost Reporting
  • Experience with Project Controls concepts such as project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closeout
  • Specific experience with Cost Engineering concepts such as project estimating, forecasting, cost controls, and variance reporting
  • Develop and maintain budgets, provide various project information reports
  • Understanding of the Accrual Processes, invoice review, and validation are required
  • Responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently
  • ERP financial experience is preferred

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project cost control experience, including cash flow forecasting and analysis
  • Experience with enterprise cost management systems
  • Transmission & Distribution experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience working on utility capital projects
  • Project Cost Control: 7+ years
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: 5+ years
  • Project Budget Reporting: 5+
  • Accruals & Invoice Management: 7+ years
