About the role

  • New Account Development: Identify and develop business opportunities with new clients.
  • Strategic Planning: Define target audience, segmentation, strategies and approaches for both active and new accounts.
  • Complex Negotiations: Lead negotiations with large companies, presenting tailored solutions.
  • Cross-Selling: Promote expansion of services within existing accounts.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities and new prospects.
  • Sales Visits: Participate in in-person and remote meetings with strategic clients.
  • Post-Sales Support: Ensure satisfaction and retention of closed contracts.
  • Commercial Proposals: Prepare and present proposals aligned with client needs and company objectives.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of large accounts (Enterprise and Upper Mid-Market).
  • Act in a consultative manner, understanding business challenges and connecting digital solutions.
  • Manage complex, long sales cycles (multi-stakeholder, RFPs, committees).
  • Sell services such as: Digital (Software Factory and custom development) | Systems and API integrations | Allocation of technical resources (specialized outsourcing) | E‑commerce implementation, migration and maintenance | Digital and business strategy consulting | Growth: performance, SEO, paid media and conversion rate optimization.
  • Work together with pre-sales, delivery and technical leadership in proposal development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Open new opportunities through networking, referrals and strategic prospecting.
  • Represent the company at events, strategic meetings and industry forums.
  • Report pipeline, forecast and account strategy.
  • Enterprise Sales & Negotiation: Full management of the sales cycle (Hunter & Farmer), leading pitches and contract negotiations with C-level stakeholders.
  • Demand Generation & Pipeline: Implement inbound and outbound sales frameworks, ensuring predictability and scalability of the sales funnel.
  • Market Expansion (LATAM): Expertise in go-to-market strategies and new business development in Chile, Colombia and Mexico.
  • High-Performance Leadership: Manage and upskill commercial and multidisciplinary teams, focusing on aggressive targets and talent retention.
  • Agile, Data-Driven Management: Use Agile methodologies (Scrum) and BI to optimize sales processes and analyze productivity.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales of technology/digital services.
  • Proven track record managing large accounts.
  • Experience selling services (not just software/licenses).
  • Strong corporate network (Brazil and/or LATAM).
  • Experience with complex sales, recurring contracts and mid/high-ticket projects.
  • Background in: Digital consultancies | Technology integrators | Large digital agencies | Software factories or IT services companies.
  • Experience with LATAM clients (advanced Spanish is a strong differential).
  • Experience with consultative sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, Miller Heiman).
  • Relationships with sectors such as Retail / E-commerce / Financial / Industry / Services.
  • Consultative, value-oriented mindset (not price-driven).
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Ability to navigate between technical and executive areas.
  • Autonomy, maturity and strategic vision.
  • High negotiation capability in complex environments.
  • Comfortable with aggressive targets and accountability.
  • Sales Strategy: Strategic planning, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and cross-selling/up-selling.
  • Relationship Management: Management of strategic partnerships (co-branded) and long-term corporate account relationships.
  • Technical Sales: Deep knowledge of Martech ecosystems (Google, Meta, Salesforce) for technically-based sales.
