Lead the Distribution Center Systems team within our Technology Department.
Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related applications.
Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and distribution center leadership to maximize supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Direct and mentor the WMS team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance.
Lead the design, implementation, and support of WMS and supporting systems (shipping, material handling, cartonization, robotics).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent recent experience.
5+ years of experience managing WMS solutions for multi-site distribution operations.
Proven expertise with Infios/HighJump/Körber WMS (including Labor Advantage), cartonization, and automation solutions.
Strong background in system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), technical project management, and Agile methodologies.
Demonstrated leadership in team management, coaching, and performance evaluation.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
Ability to influence decisions and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Willingness to take initiative, maintain high accuracy, and adapt to new technologies.
