About the role
- Turn Qualiserve's social channels into a strategic platform for authority, relationship-building, and opportunity generation.
- Build and execute a strategic content calendar (LinkedIn, Instagram and priority channels), aligning content with business goals.
- Establish a digital presence focused on thought leadership in Technology, Data & AI, Innovation and Culture.
- Develop a consistent brand narrative aligned with our cultural manifesto.
- Support social selling strategies with leadership and BDMs (Business Development Managers).
- Create creative campaigns aligned with lead-generation objectives.
- Produce funnel-oriented content (awareness, consideration and conversion).
- Support inbound marketing and employer branding efforts.
- Develop strategic scripts for videos, reels and human-centered content.
- Translate complex technical topics into accessible, strategic language.
- Test formats, approaches and the use of AI in content production and optimization.
- Monitor strategic metrics.
- Recommend data-driven improvements.
- Track impact on qualified engagement and opportunity generation.
Requirements
- Experience in strategic social media management (especially LinkedIn).
- Knowledge of branding and digital positioning.
- Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of paid traffic/paid social (a plus).
- Familiarity with marketing automation and AI applications in marketing (a plus).
