Customer Success Manager

• Maintain a revenue base by managing retaining and expanding a book of business

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Engineering, Product, and Design leaders across multiple regions, thoughtfully navigating cultural nuances and country-specific employment laws to support organizational health and performance.
• Champion the use of AI tools to elevate HR effectiveness, from predictive workforce analytics and automated insights to enhanced employee engagement tracking and program optimization.
• Support employee relations matters across our international team with cultural sensitivity and sound judgment. Bring knowledge of global ER practices and the curiosity to learn country-specific approaches when entering new regions.
• Partner on recruiting for director+ roles through JD development, sourcing strategy, and hiring team consultation.

Principal People Business Partner

Full-stack Engineer

• Join a platform team as a Junior Full Stack Engineer building Qualio's cloud-based quality management platform
• Collaborate with product managers, customer success partners, architecture, and peer engineering teams to own and deliver horizontal services
• Design, implement and deliver cloud-based solutions focused on timeliness, quality, usability, operational stability and performance
• Participate in code and architecture reviews, write code, and ensure features reach customers
• Apply TDD, CI/CD and automation across tests, infrastructure, build and deploy
• Support operational stability and performance of services hosted in AWS
• Work fully remotely across EMEA and collaborate across distributed teams

Full Stack Engineer

• As Qualio continues to grow, we are looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer to join one of our platform teams. We have a new feature area that is growing beyond an MVP.
• We are predominantly a Python shop, but we also use Node.js, TypeScript, React, AngularJS, REST APIs and host our cloud software in AWS, but we’re open to developers who have expertise in different languages as long as you're open to learning!
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
• Partner with team in designing, implementing and delivering effective cloud based solutions - evidenced by timeliness, quality, usability, operational stability, performance, and success of meeting customer requirements/business objectives
• Ability to maintain a proactive and positive attitude in a fast-paced, changing environment
