About the role

  • Own a geographic territory or market end-to-end, with full responsibility for revenue generation and growth.
  • Run outbound and inbound sales activities (phone, email, social media) to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Onboard and manage newly acquired clients, ensuring a smooth transition into long-term partnerships.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships and acting as the main point of contact.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts to maximize customer value.
  • Conduct regular client engagement activities (calls, meetings, on-site visits) to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Care, Supplier Sales, Quality, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and updated CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of pipeline, forecasts, and account activities.
  • Provide reliable forecasts and visibility on both new business and account expansion opportunities.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention, proactively addressing risks and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Acquire expert knowledge of the auditing, supplier risk management industry, and Qualifyze’s value proposition.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as account executive, customer success, or a related sales role, ideally within B2B or Life Sciences industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and managing pipelines.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and driving results.
  • Experience in the pharma industry or knowledge of quality compliance and auditing processes.
