About the role
- Drive Enterprise New Business
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing large enterprise deals.
- Lead value-based conversations with CMOs, CIOs, and digital leaders, positioning Ibexa as a strategic partner — not just a software vendor.
- Sell the Full Ibexa Platform
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals across our DXP/CMS, Cloud, Data & Personalisation, PIM, and Integration capabilities.
- Position Ibexa One as the unified orchestration layer for digital experiences.
- Co-Sell with Strategic Partners
- Work closely with agencies and system integrators across the DACH region to drive joint opportunities and deliver seamless execution.
- Expand Strategic Accounts
- Identify growth opportunities within existing customers through platform adoption, new use cases, and market expansion.
Requirements
- 4+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience (DXP, CMS, MarTech, Commerce, CDP, or platform software preferred)
- Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals with long sales cycles
- Strong value-based selling and business case development skills
- Experienced in partner-led and co-selling environments
- Fluent in German and English
- Structured, self-driven, and comfortable selling complex platform solutions
