About the role

  • Drive Enterprise New Business
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing large enterprise deals.
  • Lead value-based conversations with CMOs, CIOs, and digital leaders, positioning Ibexa as a strategic partner — not just a software vendor.
  • Sell the Full Ibexa Platform
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals across our DXP/CMS, Cloud, Data & Personalisation, PIM, and Integration capabilities.
  • Position Ibexa One as the unified orchestration layer for digital experiences.
  • Co-Sell with Strategic Partners
  • Work closely with agencies and system integrators across the DACH region to drive joint opportunities and deliver seamless execution.
  • Expand Strategic Accounts
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing customers through platform adoption, new use cases, and market expansion.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience (DXP, CMS, MarTech, Commerce, CDP, or platform software preferred)
  • Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals with long sales cycles
  • Strong value-based selling and business case development skills
  • Experienced in partner-led and co-selling environments
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Structured, self-driven, and comfortable selling complex platform solutions
